A collagen biostimulator such as Sculptra helps to treat the signs of aging by activating your body’s ability to produce collagen. This helps to restore the skin’s inner structure and replace lost volume in the specified area, which gives your skin a firmer and more youthful appearance by stimulating collagen production as it contains a form of lactic acid known as poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA).

Generally speaking, most patients require about 2-3 treatments sessions to achieve the desired result, these are typically spaced between 4 weeks apart. This is also dependant on the condition of your skin and your aesthetic goals.
