It is administered through 5 injection points on each side of the face and/or neck (10 points in total for each area), and disperses underneath the skin that reaches the entire face.
When injected underneath the skin, the bio-remodeller disperses and helps the skin to hold on to water, effectively "moisturising" and hydrating the skin from within. Furthermore, the stimulation of collagen and elastin occurs, giving skin its radiance and lift. On the surface, we see improved texture, tone, and a healthier complexion.
As we age, the fat pads in the upper and mid-face shrink and redistribute which leads to an aged and tired appearance. Bio-remodelling injectables work to prevent the degradation of the fat pads, leaving us with firmer and tighter skin.

A Profhilo treatment administered at our aesthetic clinic in Sydney can take approximately 30 minutes.

No downtime, quick and relatively painless with a slight sting as the product is injected. However, there will be some redness and small bumps from the injections. These are temporary and will generally diminish over the next 24 hours. Results will be seen within 3 weeks.

This varies between clients due to factors such as age and skin condition, though, generally, results can last six months if two treatments are given one month apart.
To maintain the results of the bio-remodelling injectable, we recommend repeating the treatment every 6 to 9 months after completing the initial two treatments. Some patients notice their skin becoming duller towards the six-month point; others love the treatment so much that they come in sooner.

Treatments start at $900 per vial per area (1 treatment for face or neck) and can go up to $1700 for two vials (2 treatments 1 month apart, or treatment for 2 areas – face and neck).

Fortunately, these symptoms typically subside within a couple of days. However, if they persist or worsen after 72 hours, reach out to us for guidance or consult your primary healthcare provider.
To fully maximise the results of your Profhilo treatment, follow the necessary precautions:
Do not touch the treated area for 6 hours following the procedure.
Do not wear make-up for the next 12 hours.
Do not expose yourself to extreme heat or cold.
Do not participate in any physical activity or strenuous exercises 24 hours after.
Be patient about seeing results. It could take weeks to notice any visible signs of improvement.
