Co-Founder, Practice Director
With energy, efficiency and ease, Rose Nguyen oversees the running of the practice by having the best people at Studio Aesthetica, with the best processes and technology in place to support them.
Rose has over 10 years of experience in Management Consulting, where she solved complex business problems for ASX 200 and Fortune 500 companies each day.
Now residing in Paddington, Rose focuses on the moments that matter for Studio Aesthetica patients and the team. She is both strategic and thorough, prioritising continuous education and keeping up to date with new trends and technologies in the ever evolving aesthetic industry.
Above all, Rose values providing everyone who chooses to work with, or comes into Studio Aesthetica for treatment, with a delightful and memorable experience.

Dr David Ong
Dr David Ong is renowned for his holistic approach to Aesthetic medicine and surgery, in which he offers bespoke treatments that achieve outstanding results. Dr David Ong is in demand as a regular presenter at national cosmetic conferences and is a trainer for Doctors & nurses in facial aesthetics.
Achieving beautiful, natural results for his patients drives Dr David Ong’s passion for a more holistic, personalised approach to aesthetic medicine and surgery. With many non-invasive solutions now achieving remarkable results without the need for surgery, he offers his clients the best option for their individual needs.
Knowing how Aesthetic medicine can change people’s lives and dramatically boost their confidence and self-esteem, Dr. David Ong applies his genuine, caring and highly skilled approach to a complete range of aesthetic face and body treatments, both surgical and non-surgical.

Dr Maeve Anna Ahern

Dr Maeve Anna Ahern is a highly skilled medical doctor specialising in Aesthetic Medicine. After completing six years of hospital-based clinical medicine, she has devoted the last five years to becoming an eminent Aesthetic Physician in Sydney.
Dr Maeve is known for her conscientious, compassionate and personable approach to patient care. She takes immense pride in her work, focused on achieving unique, natural aesthetic outcomes and alleviating her patients' medical skin concerns. Dr Ahern has a particular interest in the management of Acne, a condition she feels is widely under-recognised and underserved.
Driven by excellence and regulation, Dr Maeve earned a distinction in Aesthetic Medicine with a Master’s degree from QMUL London in 2022. In 2023 Dr Ahern was elected board Director of the Australian College of Aesthetic Medicine and her medical writing on Melasma was published in the Sunday Telegraph. Additionally, Maeve actively contributes to advancement within the speciality through scientific research alongside her clinical practice.

Bethany Dive
Marketing Specialist
With close to a decade of marketing expertise under her belt, Bethany is a dynamic addition to the Studio Aesthetica family. Her journey spans diverse markets including B2B, B2C, and D2C across various industries such as health, beauty, retail, e-commerce, professional services, hospitality, construction, and education, both domestically and internationally.
Driven by a genuine passion for marketing, Bethany thrives at Studio Aesthetica where she gets to showcase the exceptional patient journeys we see everyday. Known for her boundless energy, Bethany fosters a bubbly and welcoming atmosphere, infusing it with her empathetic and solutions-oriented approach. You'll often find her in clinic, capturing behind-the-scenes content and working with the team on our next marketing campaign.
Bre Makdessi
Physician Assistant
Bre has an extensive background in Private Practice, assisting General Practitioners, Dermatologists and Surgeons in providing optimal patient care.
With a passion for the Aesthetic Industry and a focus on providing clinically proven and patient-centred aesthetic outcomes, she is a perfect fit for the Studio Aesthetica team. Currently completing her Masters of Nursing, Bre will ensure you feel comfortable and support your treatment during your surgical consult or injectables appointment with Dr David Ong.
Joanna Morris

Having been a RN for over 15 years, Jo brings a wealth of experience across a variety of surgical settings and in cosmetic medicine.
Jo’s warm and compassionate nature ensures Dr David Ong's patients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their surgical journey. She will be seeing patients during pre-surgery consults, post surgery reviews, and even some patients at the hospital in the recovery room.
Jo is a mother of four, (two kids and two dogs) and is herself a devotee of the products and services on offer at Studio Aesthetica.
Abigail Chow

With a background in Dermal Therapy and passion for the Aesthetic Industry as a whole, Abi is committed to empowering clients with knowledge about their skin and providing evidence-based treatments.
Whether addressing common skin concerns, collaborating on a comprehensive treatment plan, or getting you glow ready for your next event, Abi can find a personalised solution to help you achieve your best skin yet.
Abi applies a holistic and patient-centric approach to Studio Aesthetica’s clientele and believes patients deserve only the best. When she is not in the treatment room you will find her as the face that greets you at reception, or the response to your emails and phone calls as our Clinic Coordinator.
Melissa Pradmuang

Melissa is a Registered Nurse who is passionate about how transformative aesthetic treatments can be - whether for preventative, restorative or beautification purposes.
Melissa's objective is to enhance her clients' confidence by reflecting their inner beauty on the outside.
She utilises injectables and skincare products to achieve natural-looking results that have a significant impact. With a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Human Anatomy, as well as a Master's of Nursing, Melissa has extensive knowledge and experience to ensure that all treatments are performed safely while achieving a beautiful result for her clients.
Annabelle Martin

Annabelle is a vibrant addition to Studio Aesthetica, bringing with her a background in healthcare from her time at St. Vincent's Private Hospital. Annabelle has honed her skills in patient care and administrative support and is currently in her final year of a commerce degree majoring in marketing at UTS. Seamlessly blending her healthcare expertise with her studies, Annabelle offers a unique perspective to our team.
Her love for the Aesthetics Industry extends beyond professional interest; it's a personal fascination that she eagerly shares with patients. Annabelle finds joy in interacting with every individual who walks through our doors, assisting them with their queries, and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
